What the tool handles
Our tool covers five core areas of Google Ads management, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across client accounts.
01
Campaign creation
New campaigns, ad groups, and ads are set up directly via the API based on predefined structures, without manual entry in the Google Ads UI.
02
Keyword management
Keywords are added, paused, or modified programmatically. Match types and bids are updated based on performance signals without manual clicks.
03
Search term management
Search term reports are pulled and reviewed via the API. Irrelevant queries are added as negative keywords automatically as part of routine account hygiene.
05
Performance reporting
Scheduled and on-demand reports are generated via GoogleAdsService queries. Output is formatted for client delivery as PDFs or spreadsheets.
04
Budget adjustments
Campaign budgets are updated via the CampaignBudgetService based on performance thresholds or client instructions, without logging into the interface.

How it works
The tool combines a natural-language interface with authenticated Google Ads API calls, operated exclusively by the agency owner.
Agency owner sends an instruction
The agency owner types a natural-language instruction into the tool for example, "generate last month's performance report for this client" or "pause all ad groups with a CPA above €40."
AI assistant translates to API calls
The assistant (Claude by Anthropic, connected via an MCP connector) interprets the instruction and formulates the appropriate Google Ads API call, scoped to the correct client account under the MCC.
API executes the action or retrieves data
The authenticated API call is sent to Google Ads. For reporting, data is returned and formatted. For management actions (budget changes, pauses, keyword updates), the change is applied directly to the relevant client account.

Output is reviewed and shared with the client
The agency owner reviews the output. Reports are exported and shared with clients as finished files.
